Unfortunately nothing I do will allow me to have sound on my iPad. I really like the the Tabledit program for Mac as the features are great. The default is a simple slide (glissando) where the first note is picked and then continues to sound as you move up or down towards the destination fret. I’ve got tefview on my iPad and Tabledit for myMac. It’s very helpful to be able to play from downloaded pieces using my iPad as well as compose and modify pieces on my Mac and take them along on the iPad. Tabledit has a grace note button that puts parenthesis around a grace note, but it does not put that type of grace note outside the 'time' boundaries of the notation, as in the example above, there is a line through the little eighth note and it is written so as not to interfere with the timing of the eighth note you'd be sliding to to start.
